BoidLink provides a software platform for generating and managing digital storefronts. You retain full ownership of the data and leads generated through your use of the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice to you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. BoidLink is not responsible for any false or misleading information provided by users regarding their business or services.
Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. BoidLink does not issue refunds for contracts terminated before the billing cycle ends, unless otherwise specified.
In no event shall BoidLink, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
